Senior Researcher, The Global Order and Cooperation

Bo-kyoung Kim is a Senior Research Fellow at the Taejae Future Consensus Institute, specializing in U.S.-China strategic competition, multilateral security cooperation, and nuclear disarmament, with a particular focus on developing practical pathways for U.S.-China cooperation.

 

She holds an MA in International Relations with a focus on U.S.-China Tech Competition from Renmin University of China (RUC; 中国人民大学).

 

At the Taejae Future Consensus Institute, she led the Northeast Asian Cooperation Expert Working Group Project, developing practical policy ideas to address U.S.-China conflicts and promote regional cooperation. The project culminated in the publication of the Northeast Asian Cooperation Working Paper Series. Subsequently, she has conducted research on future industries for the Korean Peninsula and ASEAN regional studies, exploring Korea's long-term strategic pathways and Korea-ASEAN cooperation strategies.
