Joon Young Yoon

Senior Researcher, Digital Transformation and Social Change

Joon Young Yoon is a Senior Researcher at Taejae Future Strategy Research Institute, where she studies AI governance and digital transformation policy. Her research examines how the spread of digital technologies shapes national strategies and the international order, with a focus on the design of institutions and norms that can respond to technological change.

 

She holds a B.A. and M.A. in Political Science and International Relations from Soongsil University and Korea University, respectively. After gaining practical experience in the policy and finance sectors, she is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Southeast Asian Studies at Sogang University.
